Personal information - such as the subscriber's name, address, telephone number - is provided to Acquired Data by subscribers in order to establish an account. Confidential real estate information - such as personal profile, seller, buyer and property information - is created and maintained on Acquired Data by each subscriber in the normal course of using our services.

Acquired Data completely protects the confidentiality of all subscribers' personal information, confidential real estate information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of individual subscribers, Acquired Data, its partners, its employees and other subscribers of Acquired Data's services.

Data Security

To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected, stored and transmitted, Acquired Data has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.

Acquired Data subscribers can control, modify or restrict any information displayed or transmitted as a result of using our services.

Acquired Data will not otherwise disclose its subscribers' personal, account or confidential real estate information unless Acquired Data has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Acquired Data, Acquired Data's subscribers, or others, or where Acquired Data has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
